    1. Management Trainee

    Major Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
    • Visiting potential customers for new business
    • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations
    • Providing customers with quotations
    • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
    • Gathering market and customer information
    • Providing feedback on future buying trends
    • Representing your organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
    • Negotiating variations in price, delivery, and specifications with your company’s managers
    • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
    • Liaising with the supplier to check on the progress of existing orders
    • Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office
    • Reviewing your own sales performance, against targets as you gain experience

    Job Specification

    • Bachelors in management
    • Priority will be given to those having experience in automobiles, auto parts.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and reporting skills
    • Good knowledge of MS word, excel & PowerPoint
    • Ability to work in a team

    Major Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Identify the target market and customers
    • Make daily sales call and visit prospective customers
    • Plan and execute key activities in the designated area
    • Track activities of competitors
    • Appointment of new dealer assessing various selection criteria
    • Plan and coordinate sales promotion, advertisement activities, and brand building activities
    • Collect market feedback, dealer feedback, and competitor’s strategy from time to time and provide the information to Supervisor
    • Update receivable regularly and follow up with dealer & customer for timely recovery
    • Forward product feedback, customer complaints to the concerned
    • Ensure timely dispatch to dealers, customers, and verification of order quantity
    • Reporting of key activities to the concerned authority
    • Maintain financial discipline

    Job Specification

    • Graduate in management

    4. Sales Intern

    Major Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Research and generate lists of potential customers.
    • Manage and update company databases and customer relationship management systems.
    • Observing and carrying out sales processes.
    • Call clients and set meetings with concerned team members.
    • Prepare reports and presentations when required.
    • Make payment follow-up calls.
    • Support the team in daily administrative tasks.
    • Other tasks as assigned by the team lead.

    Job Specification

    • Bachelor’s Degree completed/running in Business, Marketing/Sales or related field.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
